Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute to enhance flavor.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add ground turkey. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in dried oregano, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Layer about 1 cup of cooked quinoa or rice in a serving bowl.
  6. Top the quinoa with the seasoned turkey mixture, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  7. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over each bowl.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
