Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent and soft.
  3. Incorporate 2 minced garlic cloves into the skillet, cooking for about 30 seconds.
  4. Crumble 1 pound of ground turkey into the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  5. Slice 2 medium zucchinis and add them to the skillet, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, along with salt and black pepper to taste.
