Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy and well-blended.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spoon some of the cheesy mixture onto one half of each rectangle, fold over, press gently to seal, and twist.
  5. Place on the lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
