Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and chop your potatoes into even-sized chunks, then place them in a pot with cold water.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain potatoes, return to pot, and mash with butter, cream, and seasonings.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté mixed vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add thawed shrimp and cook until pink, then fold in crab meat and seasonings.
  7. Combine the seafood mixture with the creamy mashed potatoes and stir gently.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  11. Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
