Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Place your salmon fillet skin-side down on the prepared sheet pan and create a barrier with the foil.
  3. Nestle fresh lemon slices underneath and around the salmon fillet.
  4. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small saucepan, then whisk in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour most of the sauce over the salmon and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  6. Fold the foil edges over the salmon to create a sealed packet and bake for about 17 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and switch your oven to broil, then broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Transfer the salmon to a serving platter, drizzle with reserved sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired.
