  • 2 fillets Salmon Fillets skin-on for maximum flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high smoke point oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic as substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika for more intensity
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust based on personal preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup as vegan alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh juice preferred
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the skin-on salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Ensure it coats the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until fully opaque.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust flavors as desired.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon to a serving plate. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
