  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  3. While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken thighs and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top. Toss to coat if desired.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if using. Serve immediately.
