  1. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, broth, lemon juice, thyme, and oregano. Stir well.
  4. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring the chicken is submerged.
  5. Add lemon slices on top of the rice mixture for extra citrus flavor.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
