  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry marinated chicken in batches for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
