Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Evenly distribute the sautéed spinach over the flatbreads.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach.
Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
Finish by adding the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
Slice and serve warm.
