  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Should also be at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the strawberry cake mix by following package directions with the eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in strawberries, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and optional nuts.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl gently.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the top and smooth out gently.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
