In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
