  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

For the Wrap Assembly

  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro optional
  • 4 wedges Lime for serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  2. Combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, then marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook the chicken until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Slice the chicken after resting for 5 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to soften them.
  6. Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, sliced chicken, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro on tortillas.
  7. Drizzle remaining sweet chili sauce on the filling.
  8. Fold and roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
