Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning into the skillet along with water. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add salsa to the beef mixture, stirring well to combine and cook on low for another 2 minutes.
  5. Mix black beans and corn in a separate bowl, then incorporate into your Taco Lasagna assembly.
  6. Spread a thin layer of beef mixture across the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Place a tortilla over the beef layer, pressing down gently.
  8. Spread the bean and corn mixture evenly over the tortilla layer.
