In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and cream mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and top with diced green onions, tomatoes, and fresh parsley before serving.
