Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Add the cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the crockpot. Stir until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add the cooked pasta and frozen peas to the crockpot. Stir everything together until well mixed.
Cover and cook on low for an additional 15-20 minutes to heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
