  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and halved mozzarella balls.
  2. Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
