Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling Pin
  • Serrated knife

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle of about 12x14 inches.
  2. Layer slices of provolone cheese, followed by Italian ham or salami, then pepperoni, and top off with shredded mozzarella cheese, ensuring a 1-inch border at the edges.
  3. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape, pinch the edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and cut small diagonal slits along the top for steam to escape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Let the Stromboli rest for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, slice with a serrated knife, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
