Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle of about 12x14 inches.
- Layer slices of provolone cheese, followed by Italian ham or salami, then pepperoni, and top off with shredded mozzarella cheese, ensuring a 1-inch border at the edges.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape, pinch the edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and cut small diagonal slits along the top for steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let the Stromboli rest for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, slice with a serrated knife, and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes
Pinch the edges well to prevent leaks. Use a serrated knife for slicing. Let it cool for easier slicing. Experiment with different fillings for variations.
