- Start by spreading a layer of Country Dijon or Carolina mustard BBQ sauce on one slice of your hearty whole grain bread.
- On the second slice of bread, smash half of a ripe avocado until smooth. Sprinkle with everything seasoning and ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle a pinch of everything seasoning and black pepper on both slices of bread.
- On the slice with mustard sauce, layer the deli sliced smoked turkey evenly, then add crispy torn bacon pieces and sliced sharp white cheddar. Add thinly sliced Fuji apple and pickled red onion on top.
- Top the layers with a handful of prepared coleslaw or baby greens.
- Carefully place the other slice of bread, avocado-side down, atop the ingredients and press down gently.
- Slice the sandwich in half diagonally for easy handling and serve with your favorite side.
