Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers mixed colors
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup baby carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 package 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
  3. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and baby carrots.
  9. Cut the pizza into squares or triangles and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing appetizer.
