What is wide elastic?

Each scrunchie is 1/2 inch wide and wraps around twice in the hair for a firm but comfortable hold. They are best for those with normal to thicker hair.

Where are you located?

I am located Olongapo City, Philippines

Is everything handmade?

I hand make all the scrunchies, Terno Pajama, Set of Bedsheets, Curtains, Bag and wallet beads, and so much more that will add on to my collections in my home studio.

How long until my order is shipped?

I package and ship all received orders on Mondays

Will custom orders take longer ?

Yes, depending on fabric availability and orders in process, but contact me and I will be able to give you an estimate

Can I order Wholesale ?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a wholesale deal, contact us and lets make it happen.

Can I combine my order?

If the order is yet to be shipped I'm happy to combine orders and shipping costs! Please contact me. Please note this may delay your initial order.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you when the track has been made.

Something is wrong with my order what can I do?

If you have any issues at all in regards to your order please contact me and I'll try my best to resolve it :)

Can I cancel my order?

Only orders that has not been processed, cut-off time is usually Mondays where I pack and ship orders from the previous week.
If you want to cancel an order, contact me immediately

Wholesales orders and Custom orders I cannot cancel after I have started the fabrication.

Domestic COD (cash on delivery) that has failed to pick up and pay their orders will be black-listed and will no longer be able to shop COD at my store. (as I'm loosing shipping cost)

But, in general, please contact me if there are any cancelation or changes to any orders, I'm usually very accommodating and I'm sure we can find a solution

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We Ship Internationally.

Can I pick up locally instead?

I do not normally allow local pickups due to my own privacy, however I may make an exception for you in certain circumstances. Please contact me if you wish to collect locally

How much is domestic shipping?

Within the Philippines shipping starts at P80 but I have many free shipping promotions. Please check out my shipping and returns for more information.

Do you ship express?

Domestic we use JRS and they do not offer express shipping
International order can be shipped with PHILPOST, but if will add significant to the shipping cost

How much is international shipping?

International shipping can be expensive and I'm sorry to all my overseas subscribers, supporters and buyers!

$25 for the rest of the world.

Under normal circumstances a domestic postal delivery should arrive within 4 to 14 business days

International:

Under normal circumstances a international delivery should arrive within 2 to 6 weeks.

Returns Policy

Do you offer returns

No, I'm quite particular about my products which has been checked prior to packing and shipping, so can with almost certainty say there are no fault in the products shipped to you, but we are all human and do make mistakes some times, so contact me if you think you need to return a product.
But, I would much rather that you contact me before if you have any questions about the product prior to purchase.
