Shipping Policy

 Most orders shipped within the continental of The Philippines will be processed within 3-6 business days and shipped by J&T shipping method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods.

Orders with J&T Next Day must be placed before 12 PM UTC to be shipped the same day. All of our shipping costs are set by our shipping carriers. Madeby2sisters is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.

International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on the total order weight, package volume, order destination, and item retail prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.

Please check your local customs website for more information. Any international orders shipped with PHILPOST (Philippines Post Office) International shipping methods will be delivered by your local shipping carrier once the parcel is processed through customs. Tracking updates for PHILPOST International shipments will be available through your local post office.

Madeby2sisters is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.

Please ensure the address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

• Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Madeby2sisters is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Madeby2sisters control.
