- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: croutons for topping
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder, then toss again until evenly coated.
- If desired, top with croutons for added crunch.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the Caesar dressing.
- Add sliced cucumbers or bell peppers for extra crunch and color.
