- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, if using, or place them directly on the grill. Grill the chicken for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream in the sauce for a lighter option.
