Description

A refreshing tropical cocktail featuring Malibu rum and vibrant blue curaçao, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Malibu rum
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce sweet and sour mix
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • Ice
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Malibu rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with soda water and gently stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
