Description
A quick and delicious chicken ramen stir fry that can be prepared in just 20 minutes, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh, such as bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are heated through and well coated with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For added spice, include a teaspoon of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option, adjusting cooking times as necessary.
