Method
 

Preparation Steps

  2. In a medium bowl, combine cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until evenly blended.
  3. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, ensuring it's fully covered. Use toothpicks if needed.
  4. Place the wrapped sticks on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with sugar-free hot sauce before serving warm.
