- Shape the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Blend avocados, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth to make the sauce.
- Serve the baked salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side.
